Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, packing slip or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love your purchase but we understand that mistakes can be made.
If you are not happy with your purchase, full priced items can be returned for a Store Credit that we issue in form of Gift Card Via Email. You can then use this Gift Card to purchase your new item. Gift Card/Credit expires within 12 months, and can be used on any item online. Once your return is received processing time can take 2-3 business days.
Customers who received an Item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the item ordered are entitled to either a full refund or replacement as per our discretion, please contact us via the return lodgement form below before sending the item back.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Your makeup looks stunning on your face but it's not so nice on our clothes. So please take care when trying on your new garments for the first time.
Returns will only be accepted if returned in original clean condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, free from make-up & fake tan.
We do not hold items for exchange while your returned item is being sent back.
Postage must be covered to send the item back to us.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on intimate sets with briefs, swimwear makeup or jewellery so please choose wisely.
It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to insure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.

Returns must be returned to the store within 20 days of purchase, any items returned after 20 days of purchase will not be accepted.
If your return has been accepted, you will be notified via email regarding your store credit.
Due to the popularity of our range, we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size or the item you desire in stock.
Unreturnable items and/or returned items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
