RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase.

We hope you love your purchase but we understand that mistakes can be made.

If you are not happy with your purchase, full priced items can be returned for a Store Credit. You can then use this credit to purchase your new item. Credit expires within 12 months, and can be used on any item online. Once your return is received processing time can take 2-3 business days.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Your makeup looks stunning on your face but it's not so nice on our clothes. So please take care when trying on your new garments for the first time.

Returns will only be accepted if returned in original clean condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, un perfumed, free from make-up & fake tan.

We do not hold items for exchange while your returned item is being sent back.  

Unfortunately we do not offer a a free returns service postage must be covered to send the item back to us.

It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to insure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on intimate sets with briefs, makeup or jewellery so please choose wisely.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM?

If you have received an item you did not order, please email us so we can resolve this for you.

 

RETURNS

Please fill in this form to lodge your return.

Returns must be returned to the store within 20 days of purchase, any items returned after 20 days of purchase will not be accepted.

To return an item, we need to provide you with a Return Authorisation Number. 

1. Complete the return form

2. Once your return has been accepted you will be notified via email with your Authorisation Number.

3. Return to BOHEMIAN LOVE RUNWAY PTY LTD

4. Once your item has been returned and meets requirements we will issue your Gift Card via email and send you an email to let you know your return has been processed

Due to the popularity of our ranges, we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size or the item you desire in stock.

Items on SALE for over 20% of their value are NOT eligible for refunds, credit or exchange. PURCHASE IS FINAL 

Un returnable items and/or returned items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. 

We do not accept returns for international purchases unless the customer agrees to cover all additional shipping expenses.
